This little painting incorporates stamping, gels and pastes and easy transfer painting. These are all techniques in my new book, Image Transfer Workshop. I received a preview copy and it looks great. It will start shipping in April and appearing in bookstores in May and June.

Roots 8x8

I will be having a free hands on demo Friday March 18th at the Inn and Spa of Loretto in downtown Santa Fe, NM from 2-5. This event is hosted by the hotel and Creative Santa Fe. Laughter 6x6

This little gem shows how you can add depth to acrylic textures. I have painted multiple layers of color, then stamped a texture onto the surface and also painted shadows underneath the circles. The circles themselves have four additional colors painted on top of the initial stamped image. This makes the bubbles "pop".
